Effective use of language is something that can easily be underestimated within the coaching community and how we use this tool can be a serious difference maker in the outcomes desired. How does a role of a grass roots coach differ from the elite? As well as a looking into other sports and how coaching is universal. The book then takes a slightly different angle and focuses on tactical theory taking a closer look towards modern trends and possible new and future trends. At the end of each section there are also session designs included to link towards the previous section. The book draws upon personal experiences on my journey so far as well as experience and expert knowledge from others that have helped me along the way. It has been written with the aim to inspire coaches to want to continue to evolve and providing the little nuggets keep pushing towards their best.
